International Orders

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected products and locations within Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).

You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Delayed Deliveries

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the parcel and the product.

We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution where applicable.
